Picked up a 2001 Triumph Bonneville a couple weeks ago and set out to design a new Cafe seat, and also a new Flat seat design.

Seats are both finished and will be released shortly.

The bike got a major facelift at the same time. Now we have a great little commuter bike for everyday riding and it looks killer!

the breakdown…

-bike was super cleaned, soda blasted many parts, buffed and polished the rest
-new Tuffside flat seat
-new Works Performance dual rate black tracker rear shocks
-Front fender bobbed and powdercoated black, front forks fitted with gaiters
-headlight powdercoated black
-designed and CNC machined new front sprocket cover
-designed and CNC machined new mini speedometer mount and all the little lights actually work 🙂
-fitted new bars, tires, pegs, grips etc…
-made new rear license plate holder and added LED Run/Brake/Signal strip to the rear and front fork wrap LED strip signals.
-high temp powdercoated the header pipes

probably some other stuff too but you get the idea.

Hope you dig it! its a total blast to ride thats for sure!

New seats will be available soon, along with all the nice little CNC parts for this Triumph.

-cheers
