  • Harley Sportster Cafe Project V2

Ok so the Sporty Cafe is Done!

Super quick build with some cool details.

First – the new Cafe seat (available at
This is the paintable style, also available fully upholstered. We made this from scratch!

Also notice the 14″ Works Performance Dual Rate rear shocks!

Bike got a sweet 2 stage paint job with some custom mixed orange (don’t ask the paint number because it doesn’t exist :-))
Found some tank decals at the local harley dealer and it was a perfect match for this bike.

L.E.D integrated Run/Brake/Turn strip installed and wired inside the rear hoop.

Made a bracket and now we have a side mount speedometer! Simple to make and can be done at your own place.
Just bend some 1/4″ aluminum flat bar, notch out the area for the wiring, drill a couple of holes and your in business.
Stock speedo was not modified at all.

This bike was missing a battery cover, so i made one of those too. Powdercoated it black and you would never know it wasn’t factory.
Front fender was made from some old Bobber fender scraps we had at the shop.

Bike also got new 1″ clubman bars, new grips, new Levers, plugs, brakes, brake lines, oil etc.. also a bar end mirror, and a side mount license plate (not pictured)
